Material Verification

Before any stainless steel enters production, every batch of SS304 and SS316L stainless steel goes through spectral analysis to verify its chemical composition against specification.

This upstream verification ensures that the valves and fittings you receive start with the correct corrosion-resistant foundation. If a material fails the test, it never enters the production line.

Precision Manufacturing

Our CNC machining centers control sealing faces and flange connections to within ±0.05mm, ensuring the dimensional accuracy your system depends on for leak-free performance.

Robotic arm drilling applies the same level of precision to valve bodies and pump components, so whether it’s the first unit or the hundredth, you receive the same consistent quality.

Surface & Compliance Finishing

All wetted surfaces—including valve interiors, sight glass bores, and hopper walls—undergo mirror polishing, sand blasting, and shot blasting.

At this level of smoothness, product residue and bacterial biofilm have nowhere to accumulate. This means the components you install already meet the surface standards required for hygienic and aseptic processing.

Testing & Traceability

Before shipment, every unit undergoes hydrostatic pressure testing and sealing verification according to the operating conditions of your system.
